This site improves when readers report rows that do not work. Corrections are the most useful email you can send.
What to include
- The SPU number or the page URL.
- What you expected and what happened.
- A screenshot if the issue is visual (blurred row, wrong image).
What I can answer
- Dead rows, wrong prices, mismatched images.
- Factual corrections to a guide.
- Requests to remove a listing or an image.
What I cannot answer
- Order status, refunds, customs decisions — those belong to Kakobuy.
- Valuations of a specific batch ("is this worth $60?").
- "Which agent is best" — that depends on your parcel, not on a ranking.
Send a correction
Email is the only channel. Replace the brackets with the details — no form, no tracking, no account.

Typical reply time: two working days. Reports are logged in the changelog on the 2027 page when they change a row.
For orders: use Kakobuy’s own support. We do not have access to any account, parcel or payment.
